We are open to everyone from beginners and those wishing to shift extra weight to active professionals looking to hone their technique and fight in the famous Patong Muay Thai Stadium. We teach a varied programme of traditional Muay Thai training which can help get you in the best shape of your life. By training hard twice a day Monday to Saturday, with Sunday off for rest and recreation your fitness and Muay Thai technique will improve rapidly. Your body and mind will be focussed and you will see the benefit of your hard work. In comparison to domestic Muay Thai training consisting of a lesson a week for around 2 hours you get 104 hours per year of Muay training. Here at Patong Stadium Muay Thai Gym you get 6 hours traing 6 days a week that means you can do over 1 years training (144 hours!) in just one month in Thailand. Our professional and well respected trainers will be on hand to help you every step of the way. A great advantage of a stadium Muay Thai gym is that we have access to many fighters and existing relationships with Muay Thai promotors and hold regular fight nights. This can give you the oppurtunity to participate in a real fight with a Thai opponent and progress rapidly.
